Heaven serves as a destination for deserving human souls after death. Castiel was able to communicate with Sam and Dean through a psychic link to electronic equipment, such as a radio or TV, in their shared Heaven. Anna and Castiel were able hear other angels speaking, even without their grace. It is still possible for the banished to communicate with Heaven. Those who fall and are "cut-off" from Heaven are weakened, and are not allowed to return on their own. Angels draw some of their powers - demonic exorcism, healing and possibly resurrection - from Heaven.

DIFFERENT HEAVEN WINDOWS
During the great flood, the Bible said this, “The windows of heaven were opened. It involves from the sky to the earth’s crust. “For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light: the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine” (Isaiah 13:10). “The Lord your God hath multiplied you, and behold, ye are this day as the stars of heaven for multitude” (Deuteronomy 1:10). “And I will make thy seed to multiply as the stars of heaven, and will give unto thy seed all these countries and in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed ” Genesis 26:4. Other scriptures that refer to the outer space as the second heaven is found in the following verses: King David contemplated on this second heaven in Psalm 8:3, “when I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained.”
The second heaven referred in the Bible is the OUTER SPACE. We read in Deuteronomy 26:15 this statement: “Look down from thy holy habitation, from heaven, and bless thy people Israel, and the land which though hast given us, as thou swarest unto our fathers, a land that floweth with milk and honey.” In this verse e can see that God’s dwelling place is directly called as heaven.Īnother verse which shows us a third heaven is II Corinthians 12:2 which say, “I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago… such an one caught up to the third heaven.” The third heaven as we can see in the Bible is used to refer to GOD’S THRONE.
